Transit Oriented Development Survey

Working with the Transportation Research and Education Center (TREC), I supported survey design, administration and analysis for Metro’s quadrennial Transit Oriented Development (TOD) transportation survey. For the first time, the survey included multi-family, low-income housing, which introduced new opportunities and challenges over previous surveys and required significantly more ingenuity to collect responses. By leveraging community partners, I expanded the reach of the survey beyond typical mail-collection to on-site surveys at sites across Portland.
